Requirements
• You care about delivering quality and building strong client relationships. • You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with professional, demanding stakeholders. • You have 1–2 years of experience from a legal environment, a client advisory or consulting role, or a customer-facing SaaS or technology role. • Demonstrated examples of going above and beyond to deliver high-quality work or service outcomes. • You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal. • High attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities reliably. • Someone who enjoys being in the office 5 days a week. Collaborative work is core to how we operate.
Responsibilities
• Own and manage a set of client accounts. • Build strong relationships with clients to drive adoption and engagement. • Support senior Engagement Managers on enterprise clients through various means including training and support. • Diagnose client challenges, uncover root causes, contribute to structured solutions, and help develop engagement playbooks. • Run regular check-ins, product enablement sessions, and success reviews with clients. • Monitor usage trends and customer health signals, proactively flagging risks and opportunities for improvement.
