Responsibilities
• — Engage C-level & engineering leadership at major institutions in complex sales cycles • — Identify, create & drive adoption of institutional standards (tokenization, trading, compliance tooling, custody architectures) • — Cultivate deep technical relationships with custodians, exchanges, prime brokers, asset managers • — Design reference architectures, institutional documentation, ROI models for decision-makers • — Partner with business development on 6–18 month institutional sales & procurement cycles • — 6+ years software engineering + 3+ years in institutional/enterprise environments • — Proven track record defining/executing technical roadmaps with measurable impact • — Deep expertise in custody, financial products, compliance, trading systems or settlement infrastructure • engaging C-level executives & navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales • — Strong understanding of institutional business models, enterprise integration, security & compliance frameworks • with Rust, Go, Java or systems languages • — Excellent communication & ability to influence technical/business stakeholders • — Track record shipping production systems with institutional-grade • — Senior technical role at tier-1 custodian, exchange, prime broker or institutional crypto infra • — Existing relationships with major financial institutions • to find jobs faster. • ⚠️ DYOR — I don’t verify jobs.
