Requirements

• Professional hair & makeup experience with portfolio (soft glam / natural focus is essential) • Comfortable styling and supporting 3 guests per day, on your feet most of the time • Strong hygiene standards and kit / product care • Confident capturing simple BTS content on a phone • Strong weekend availability (this role includes regular weekend shifts)

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, camera‑ready hair & makeup that enhances each woman’s natural beauty and matches the Body & Soul aesthetic • Start and finish every look on time, keeping 2‑hour sessions running to the minute • Stay on set and fully engaged for the entire shoot: manage flyaways, shine, wardrobe tweaks, subtle posing adjustments and overall vibe so she feels supported throughout • Capture and upload simple behind‑the‑scenes content on your phone that showcases our transformation process without disrupting guests or timing • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism so they feel safe, seen and celebrated • Maintain an immaculate, calm, organised station and follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards • Learn and embody our signature look library and guest experience standards • Collaborate closely with photographers and Guest Experience so studio days run smoothly • Within your first 90 days, ramp from supervised support to independently running full styling days and on‑set assistance while hitting our timing, guest‑feedback and BTS standards • HOW WE’LL KNOW YOU’RE WINNING • Guests are ready for the photographer on time, without rushing • Guests consistently leave glowing feedback about you by name (we aim for a 5‑star experience as standard) • You grab quick behind‑the‑scenes clips for most shoots without slowing the day down • Your station is spotless, stocked and calm every time we walk past • You independently run full styling days on our busiest days while protecting guest experience and team wellbeing • THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF… • You love being busy, moving and on your feet all day • You get genuine satisfaction from hitting tight timings and following checklists • You care deeply about women feeling powerful and beautiful in their own skin • You want to go all‑in on your craft, even if that means long, intense days rather than “perfect balance” • You like clear standards, honest feedback and being held to numbers on timing, quality and guest experience • You thrive in a high‑standard, direct, team‑first environment • You naturally prefer afternoon–evening hours and still have energy to support emotional sessions at 8–9pm
