Responsibilities
• Assist in executing PR and Marketing strategies that align with the brand’s values and market trends. • Manage the PR & Marketing calendar to support strategic planning across all markets and agencies. • Assist in the day-to-day running of the marketing and press office including administrative duties (detailed below) • Support the team on general admin including reporting, event co-ordination, invoicing, product & sample ordering, coverage monitoring, calendar management, database maintenance & management of seasonal assets both for the global markets and external partners & agencies. • Support the Marketing Manager across all activity including media, events, partnerships, wholesale and retail activations • Support the Communications Team (PR & VIP Managers) across all activity including press & influencer/VIP requests, gifting, events, sample management • Assist in briefing the Creative Studio team via Asana on press and marketing materials across projects. • Monitor, analyse and maintain reports for media coverage, social media engagement, and campaign performance metrics to inform ongoing strategies. • Assist the team in maintaining project timelines to help ensure all campaign milestones and deliverables are met on schedule to support successful launches across markets. • Build and nurture strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners. • Execute all tasks with precision and professionalism, upholding brand integrity and embodying the Mulberry Spirit. • Stay informed about emerging fashion trends, cultural movements, and sustainability innovations to relay developments to the wider team. • Uphold and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. • Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty, dynamism, and a community-oriented spirit. • Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions, and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues. • Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand. • Sustainability: • As a certified B Corp, we are committed to using business as a force for good.
