SharkNinja - Senior Trade Marketing Manager
Requirements
• Strong commercial acumen and aptitude with the ability to bring a commercial lens to everything the team does, see the opportunities and the gaps, and partner and lead confidently with Sales counterparts and retailers on commercial conversations. • Experience in retail, trade or channel marketing, ideally within pureplay, e-commerce or marketplace environments (consumer electronics, FMCG or durable goods a plus). • Proven brand-side experience, having worked in-house for a brand or manufacturer. Retailer and/or agency background alongside this is welcome and valuable. • A strong working understanding of full-funnel retail media planning and the digital shelf to enable leading a team of specialists, define what good looks like and challenge the plans guiding where adaptions are needed. • Proven people-leadership experience: managing, coaching and developing a team with empathy, including building individual development plans that grow your people. • Strong budget planning skills, with experience owning and reporting on significant (multi-million-pound) marketing budgets; • Excellent stakeholder management, able to manage upwards to local, regional and global leadership and outwards to senior retail and agency partners with equal confidence. • Confident with fast-paced, test-and-learn ways of working (fail fast and small) and the agility and ambiguity that comes with it - we pivot plans hourly or daily across our three brands and 37 categories on the back of commercial, market, consumer and operational data, and act on it.
