Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of inside sales experience and experience in account growth or consultative sales.
Demonstrated success in exceeding performance targets and delivering client-focused solutions.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and presentation software.
Skilled at interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.

The base salary is $70,000 (entry-level) - $80,000 (highly experienced). This position's base salary + annual variable is $113,000.00 (entry-level) - $123,000.00 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary + annual variable range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
