Requirements

• Educational Background: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. • Programming Skills: • Proficient in C++ with solid programming foundation and good coding practices. • Familiar with common data structures and algorithms; capable of writing efficient and stable code. • Data Analysis Skills: • Experience with big data processing and analysis using SQL and Python. • Ability to identify patterns from massive datasets, build effective evaluation models. • General Qualifications: • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Strong sense of responsibility; self-motivated; performs well under pressure. • Analyzes problems with clear logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Create algorithms to evaluate the safety, comfort, and other performance aspects of autonomous driving systems to ensure their reliable operation. • Understand business requirements related to L3+ Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Level 4 Autonomous Driving (AD) Systems development. • Map out business processes for autonomous driving operations and design data pipelines and metric systems quantifying the capabilities of these systems. • Aggregate, analyze test data from autonomous driving tests to identify causes of variations in performance metrics using deep analysis techniques. • Develop high-value traffic scenarios by extracting them efficiently from massive unstructured datasets for system improvements. • Utilize algorithmic models or rules to develop and implement automated evaluation methods for the algorithms used within autonomous driving systems, focusing on safety and comfort aspects. • Build a comprehensive framework that evaluates behavior of autonomous vehicles in various scenarios as part of continuous improvement efforts.
