Requirements

• Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial services; experience managing complex partnerships within the industry is required. • Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory frameworks necessary for this role. • Proven ability to lead commercial discussions and manage high-stakes relationships across various levels of stakeholders. • Excellent project management skills, with experience in handling multi-track initiatives under tight deadlines and cross-functional complexity is preferred. • Strong analytical capabilities including financial modelling, deal analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory interpretation are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic financial partnerships in APAC to enhance Unlimit’s product suite and regional capabilities. • Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle including opportunity scoping, partner evaluation, due diligence, contract negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management. • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, Risk) to translate partnership requirements into executable actions for successful implementation. • Act as a strategic intermediary between external financial partners and internal stakeholders regarding commercial goals, product timelines, technical integrations, and regulatory expectations. • Lead operationalization efforts by establishing scalable processes, identifying gaps, ensuring service-level requirements are met, compliance standards adhered to, and partner's operational readiness is achieved. • Provide strategic insights on market dynamics, partnership trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within APAC to senior leadership. • Develop business cases and executive presentations for justifying partnership investments, deal structures, and market expansion strategies. • Continuously monitor partner performance, renegotiate terms or escalate issues as necessary to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
