• Significant experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading, developing, and retaining project managers or technical teams across diverse geographies. • Strong understanding of physical security technology portfolios, with demonstrated experience owning regional or multi-country delivery outcomes and strategic direction. • Deep technical expertise across physical security systems (such as Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Door Hardware), with the ability to guide technical decisions and hold vendors accountable. • Proven capability in budget ownership and program management, including managing multi-million-pound program budgets, capital planning, and utilizing portfolio-level tooling (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana). • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex technical and financial trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences. • Active PMP, PRINCE2, or APM certification. • Professional certifications in platforms such as Genetec, Axis, Software House, or OpenPath. • A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline. • Why Join Us?
