Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 1-5 years of professional experience in IT Technology operations and support. • Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Proficient in both English & Mandarin. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. • Good technical knowledge in application development, systems engineering, network administration, and/or database management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the operational status of technology systems within BTSE's infrastructure to ensure continuous uptime and performance efficiency. • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise in real-time with minimal disruption to business operations, employing a systematic approach for quick resolution or escalation as needed. • Implement security measures and best practices across the technology stack to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access and cyber threats while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support staff, system administrators, and other technical experts within BTSE or its partners, providing guidance on technology solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies relevant to the company's industry that could potentially be integrated into existing systems for improved performance; evaluate their feasibility and impact before recommending implementation strategies. • Participate in regular training sessions or workshops aimed at keeping skills updated with evolving technology trends, ensuring proficiency in using new tools effectively within the organization's infrastructure. • Document technical processes, procedures, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge transfer among team members; create comprehensive reports on performance metrics for management review purposes when required.
