• 3 - 5 years of career experience in a healthcare, quality, data, or operations-focused analyst role
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning and validation) and comfort working with large, messy datasets
• A HEDIS and/or CMS Stars background is a strong plus, but not required — genuine interest in building deep expertise in quality programs matters more
• Sharp analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a track record of catching errors before they become problems
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams at once without dropping details
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Prior exposure to HEDIS, CMS Stars, MSSP, or other healthcare quality reporting programs
• Familiarity with CPT, CPT II, and diagnosis (Dx/ICD) coding
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or health-tech environment
• A Bachelor's degree
