• Act as the primary post-sale point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships • Lead post-sale implementation efforts by defining business needs, configuring product recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics • Analyze and monitor client dashboards to ensure usability and uncover insights related to model performance • Document all phases of project management and maintain detailed client engagement records • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on a weekly basis
