OKX - Product Manager, R&D Efficiency Platform

• Own product planning, roadmap, and release cadence for the R&D Efficiency Platform and Cloud Management / Operations Automation Platform; • Uncover frontline pain points across CI/CD, DevSecOps, Change Management, and multi-cloud management, translating them into clear product solutions; • multi-cloud management • Lead the functional and process design of core modules such as CI/CD, Change Management, security gates, and full-lifecycle multi-cloud resource management; • full-lifecycle multi-cloud resource management • Drive the platform's AI-Native evolution, planning AI Agent / LLM productization for intelligent review, pipeline self-healing, intelligent cloud orchestration, and ChatOps; • AI-Native evolution • Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and Security teams to onboard business systems, improving engineering efficiency and delivery quality; • Establish a data-driven metrics system (DORA metrics, change success rate, MTTR, cloud resource utilization/cost) to continuously optimize platform value. • What We Look For In You • Bachelor's degree or above in a Computer Science related field, with 3+ years of B2B / platform product management experience; • Deep understanding of the DevOps / CI/CD lifecycle and software delivery process; • Familiar with at least one product form among Cloud Management Platforms (CMP), multi-cloud management, R&D efficiency platforms, or IDPs; • Familiar with at least one product form among Cloud Management Platforms (CMP), multi-cloud management, R&D efficiency platforms, or IDPs • Strong requirement insight, structured thinking, and product design skills; • Data-sensitive, skilled at driving product decisions through metrics; • Knowledge of AI / LLM productization (Agent, RAG, ChatOps), with a perspective on embedding AI into products; • Excellent cross-team communication and fluent English communication skills.
