Postman - Staff Software Engineer- Codegen

• 10+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup environment. • Strong technical skills and experience working with developer tools and APIs. • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript (NodeJS). • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Located in Austin, Texas, and willing to work in the office three times a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). • Have experienced managing and leading a team of engineers • Deep technical expertise in SDKs and Docs. • Experience creating technical content, such as documentation and tutorials. • Experience working in a distributed organization, and ability to collaborate with teams in different time zones and cultures. • The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $210,000 to $263,000, plus a competitive equity package. We are in office 5 days a week for all roles based out of our hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, New York City, Tokyo and London. For roles based in Bangalore, employees currently work in the office three days a week and will transition to five days per week by the end of the year.
