We encourage AI tools, but you must understand and critically evaluate what they produce—no blind vibe-coding. • Coding Fundamentals: • Communication: Excellent English skills with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Communication: • Fluency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex). We believe in AI-leveraged development. • Background in fast-paced startup environments. • Spanish language proficiency (B2+).
Responsibilities
• Build Exceptional User Interfaces: Develop engaging payment UI components, payment pages, merchant/admin dashboards, and seamless onboarding experiences. • Define the User Experience: Translate business requirements into fully implemented, intuitive user interfaces—without always needing a designer. • Ship Fast with AI: Leverage Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to accelerate day-to-day frontend work without sacrificing quality. • Drive Innovation: Actively contribute to team discussions, propose improvements, and help steer the evolution of our tech stack and platform. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the backend team to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience. • Framework: React + TypeScript • Styling: Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui • API: GraphQL via AWS AppSync
