Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack products • Proficiency in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and robust backend development • Strong architectural thinking and familiarity with distributed systems • Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and learn from real usage • Exceptional product intuition and ability to work directly with users • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, high-agency environments • Bonus if you’ve: • Worked on agentic AI systems or built with LLMs before • Led zero-to-one product development • Worked in a founding or early startup environment • We choose tools that empower both humans and AI: • Frontend: React, Typescript • Backend: Golang & Rust • Cloud: Cloudflare, GCP, AWS, multiple LLM providers • Tooling: Github Actions, OTEL, Grafana, Terraform, and more • Always evolving with what works best. • 1. Responsibilities

• Be one of the first Forward Deployed Engineers at Lovable • Create a new function at the intersection of engineering, product, customer success, and research • Partner with customers building never-seen-before AI systems • Build product features based on real-world behaviors and emerging patterns • Influence our core product direction and technical roadmap • If you want to invent new categories, not just improve existing ones - this is that role. • In one sentence: Deploy intelligence into the real world. • Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, needs, and problems • Design and implement solutions for our customers that integrate with Lovable • Translate insights from real usage into foundational platform improvements • Own projects end-to-end — from idea → architecture → shipping → iteration • Shape how Forward Deployed Engineering works at Lovable (rituals, playbooks, org design) • Contribute to core product strategy, technical decisions, and cultural foundations
