Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license in Alabama: LICSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent • Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way) • You care about the mission. Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you • Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes • Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
