Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations, with exposure to at least one of the following: business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security • Proficient in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis; experience with R or Python is a plus • Strong business acumen and risk intuition, with solid logical thinking and data sensitivity — candidates should be able to identify risks from anomalous data and articulate the underlying causes • Fluency in spoken Mandarine is a plus • Why Join UsAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment. Responsibilities

• Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews, and user behaviour analysis based on operational needs • Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights supporting operational decisions, strategy development, and model iteration • Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows, and establish a standardised risk operations framework to improve operational efficiency • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk control strategies
