Requirements

• Previous experience as part of an early go-to-market team, having helped to build the playbook, processes and tech status to enable a Sales team to be successful • Previous experience in selling to finance teams, have worked in finance before, or possess a mathematically inclined mind

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to drive sales growth for existing clients within Abacum's portfolio. • Develop strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and objectives while maintaining client relationships. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to our account base. • Identify new business opportunities by engaging prospects through various channels such as direct outreach or digital platforms. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent approach in meeting client needs while adhering to Abacum's brand standards and values. • Prepare comprehensive reports that provide insights into account performance, market opportunities, and strategic recommendations for senior management review. • Attend regular meetings with clients at their offices or virtually as needed to discuss business needs, challenges, and potential growth areas. • Represent Abacum in industry events, conferences, and networking functions that are relevant to our target market segments.
