Lyra Health - Clinical Product Specialist, AI Development

• PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology • Current clinical licensure is preferred • Strong foundational skills in clinical research methods and readily able to apply those methods to generative AI-focused work • 1+ year of experience with developing and/or evaluating digital mental health tools and interventions • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on communicating highly technical concepts to interdisciplinary and non-technical audiences • Strong interest in developing deep knowledge and skills in AI-related technical domains such as ML and prompt engineering • Prior experience in these areas is a plus • Excellent training in and deep understanding of evidence-based mental health intervention approaches, for example CBT, ACT, DBT • Strong training in managing clinical risk and/or experience with high severity clinical populations • Passionate about disseminating evidence-based mental health care by leveraging technology on a large scale • Deep commitment to culturally responsive care and health equity; specialized training in this area and experience with diverse populations are preferred • Highly adaptable, creative problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • $106,000 - $162,500 a year • As a full-time Clinical Product Specialist, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000- $162,500. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
