Requirements

Responsibilities
• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information • Turn Marketing Data Into Business Insight • Translate Adobe Analytics behavioral data into clear performance insights across acquisition, engagement, and revenue • Connect cross-channel marketing performance (paid media, CRM, ecommerce, web, and app) into unified reporting narratives • Lead monthly, quarterly, and executive reporting discussions • Elevate attribution, cohort analysis, and performance reporting into decision frameworks • Identify optimization opportunities that influence marketing strategy • Design Scalable BI Solutions (Power BI) • Build end-to-end Power BI solutions including semantic modeling, DAX development, and visualization design • Create executive dashboards that become the trusted source of truth • Modernize fragmented reporting into scalable BI frameworks • Write advanced SQL to transform and validate large-scale datasets • Partner with data engineering teams across Snowflake, Azure, or BigQuery environments • Operate as a Strategic Analytics Partner • Bridge marketing, engineering, and business leadership • Help define enterprise measurement frameworks and KPI standards • Lead client-facing analytics discussions with confidence and clarity.
