• Hands on experience across requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder management • Comfortable working across the full change delivery lifecycle, from initial analysis through to delivery and change readiness • Experience of working in Agile environments, you know how to work iteratively and adapt quickly • Process design and requirements analysis skills • A self starter mentality, being comfortable planning and managing your own workload, ensuring the right analysis is delivered at the right time • Prioritisation skills, where you're comfortable managing multiple workstreams and demands, and you know how to identify what needs your attention first • Professional courage to question a brief, pushing back when something doesn't stack up, and saying no when the work isn't high value. You do all of this without creating friction • Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including with senior and cross functional audiences • Clear communication, both written and verbal • A relevant certification is a plus (e.g. BCS BA Diploma, Six Sigma, IIBA, APM) • Backgrounds we're interested in • We'd love to hear from people who have worked in a similar sized organisation and are comfortable working with ambiguity and fast pace of change delivery.
