Requirements
• Experience leading business analysis activities on complex transformation, process improvement or systems change initiatives • Strong capability in discovery, process mapping, requirements definition and future-state process design • Ability to analyse business processes, systems and data to identify opportunities and evaluate solution options • Ability to build credibility with stakeholders, facilitate discussions that drive decisions and bring structure to ambiguous problems • Strong documentation skills, including business requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria • Experience supporting testing, implementation and business readiness to help ensure successful adoption and outcomes
