Requirements
• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, with the ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements clearly. • Confidence creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. • Strong process-mapping skills, including documenting current-state and future-state ways of working. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and levels. • The ability to identify risks, impacts, and dependencies and turn insight into practical recommendations. • A proactive, solution-focused approach and a genuine interest in improving processes and systems. • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems such as HubSpot or Business Central. • Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, or implementation partners. • Exposure to change management, testing, training, or implementation activity. • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving business where adaptability and collaboration are key.
