Requirements

Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of marketing strategy to drive growth for TLDR's products/services in target markets globally. • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives, including but not limited to: product positioning, pricing models, distribution channels, promotional activities, digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM), content creation for various platforms. • Lead and manage a team of senior marketers across multiple geographies while fostering an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and collaboration among peers to achieve strategic goals. • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, customer service, etc., ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and execution plans; facilitate cross-functional team meetings when necessary. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and tactics in achieving business goals while identifying opportunities for improvement or optimization, providing regular reports with insights on market trends, competitive landscape analysis, customer feedback/surveys, etc. • Develop partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, industry experts to enhance brand credibility and visibility; manage relationships effectively through consistent communication and mutual benefit agreements when necessary. • Represent the company at various conferences, trade shows, networking events as a face of TLDR’s marketing team while building strong connections with potential clients/partners across different industries globally to expand business opportunities for growth markets; maintain an active presence on social media platforms and industry publications. • Mentor junior staff members in their professional development, providing guidance on career paths within the company or broader marketing field while ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills through training programs/workshops when required to support team growth objectives; manage performance evaluations for individual contributors and provide constructive feedback regularly. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM), content creation tools & platforms, etc., through continuous learning by attending webinars or conferences when possible; keep up with changes to laws related to data privacy and consumer protection regulations that may impact the company’s operations. • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for marketing activities in different jurisdictions where TLDR operates, including but not limited to: copyright/trademark issues; advertising standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act); data privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA when applicable; and other relevant regulations that may impact marketing activities in specific regions globally while maintaining ethical practices throughout all campaigns to uphold the company’s reputation for
