• ## What will set you up for success • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years of experience in software engineering. • Expert Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in C#/.Net, with experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex systems. • Architecture & Design Expertise: In-depth understanding of architectural principles and patterns, particularly for distributed systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture using Kafka). • Resilience & Performance Optimisation: Skilled in applying resilience mechanisms and performance tuning practices to ensure system stability and efficiency at scale. • Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Proficient in managing cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes/EKS) and implementing DevOps best practices using CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, and Terraform. • Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration: Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and guide technical efforts across multiple teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
