Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI models for object recognition in underwater environments to enhance the perception capabilities of our autonomous systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Perception Engineer solutions into existing workflows within Aquabyte's projects, ensuring seamless operation across different platforms and devices. • Analyze data collected by sensors in real-time for immediate decision making or further processing; identify patterns that may indicate system malfunctions or environmental changes requiring attention. • Continuously monitor the performance of deployed AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency under varying conditions; implement necessary updates or recalibrations as needed. • Engage with stakeholders from different departments within Aquabyte to understand their needs for data processing capabilities and tailor Perception Engineer solutions accordingly. • Participate in the design of user interfaces that allow operators to interact effectively with AI systems, ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility across diverse operational settings. • Conduct research on emerging technologies related to underwater perception; stay informed about industry trends and advancements for continuous improvement of Aquabyte's offerings in this domain.
