firecrawl - Growth Engineer, Support Engineering
Requirements
• You're a strong full-stack engineer who likes building tools other people depend on • You've built internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems that got used every day • You think about leverage: how one system can save a team hundreds of hours • Bonus for experience building with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines) or with support/DX tooling • You move fast and close the loop - you'd rather ship, measure, and iterate than perfect on paper • WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR • Someone who sees support tooling as beneath "real" engineering • An engineer who wants to stay far from the actual customer problems • Someone who needs a fully-specced ticket to start • We operate at an absurd level of urgency because the window for what we're building won't stay open forever. If that excites you, keep reading. If it doesn't, no hard feelings — but this role probably isn't for you.
Responsibilities
• Build the internal tools and automations that make support fast, accurate, and scalable • Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues faster • Fix problems at the source: ship product and DX improvements that stop tickets before they happen • Turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions the whole team relies on • Work close to real developer problems and close the loop between support and product
