Responsibilities
• Driving technical direction across the department. • Setting technical strategy in line with long term business goals. • Building the systems that allow us to scale globally. • Continuously innovating on our use of AI internally to drive gains across product and engineering. • Releasing your work to 100,000+ users multiple times a day in tight AI driven iterations. • Building the products that will shape how public services are delivered globally. • Mentoring and growing the capabilities of our most senior ICs

We have a 4-stage and an optional 5th interview process, giving you plenty of time to learn about Beam while we get to know you. • 1. 30 mins with our Talent team • 2. 30 minute Interview with a Lead Engineer • 3. 1 hour technical test with two of our Senior Engineers • 4. 1 hour systems design interview with two of our Senior Engineers • 5. 30 minute product and cultural interview with one of our founders
