Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrable success in a New Business Sales role—selling bespoke SaaS, technology, and/or data solutions. • Significant experience generating and qualifying brand-new business opportunities; familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar qualification framework is preferred. • Experience within the maritime industry or selling to maritime clients is a plus, but not essential. • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. • Thrives in fast-paced, unstructured, and constantly evolving environments. • A collaborative team player who prioritizes long-term value for the business and the wider team. • Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills. • Strong customer service orientation, with great listening and communication skills. • Ability to analyse complex client needs and translate them into actionable solutions. • We are a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions to tackle market challenges head-on. Responsibilities

• To drive new business in the maritime sector within North Europe for our commercial – sales - Mid Market EMEA/Mid Cap segment. • Engage with potential clients and prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions that align with Kpler's offerings, focusing on account expansion and retention strategies. • Develop strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their business requirements and providing tailored proposals for new services or products as needed. • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand within the maritime sector in North Europe. • Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, sales support, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints. • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape regularly to identify new opportunities for growth within the maritime sector in North Europe. • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders such as senior management, account executives, sales managers, product developers, customer service representatives, marketing teams, etc., through various channels like phone calls, emails, and meetings to ensure alignment of goals and strategies across the organization. • Provide exceptional client care by addressing their concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. • Keep abreast with changes in regulations or policies that may impact our business operations within North Europe's maritime sector, ensuring compliance to avoid any legal issues for both the company and its clients.
