Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Customer success with an emphasis on cross-sell and upsell sales motions. • An understanding of financial, banking, payments, and/or financial services industries. • Familiarity with CRM (salesforce) or sales enablement tools is preferred. • Comfort and experience in working in a dynamic environment with ambiguous structure and processes. • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly evolving business environment with an engaged and upbeat nature. • Account manager for Mandarin speaking clients. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
Responsibilities
• Manage and develop key accounts to ensure growth in revenue for the company's products/services within Singapore / Hong Kong markets. • Lead account teams with a focus on customer satisfaction by providing personalized service tailored to client needs, preferences, and objectives. • Develop strategic partnerships with clients through regular communication, understanding their business goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth in the marketplace. • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company policies while meeting customer expectations and ensuring a win-win situation for both parties involved. • Monitor account performance regularly by analyzing financial reports to identify trends or areas of improvement within client relationships, providing insights on potential growth opportunities. • Develop marketing strategies tailored specifically towards the needs of clients in Singapore / Hong Kong markets and collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service teams for effective implementation. • Attend industry events to network with key decision makers within targeted client organizations or potential leads that aligns with company's business objectives. • Provide regular feedback on the performance of account managers under their supervision by conducting weekly meetings and review sessions, ensuring alignment towards common goals for all team members involved in a particular account relationship. • Maintain professional relationships through effective communication skills with clients to build trust and rapport while addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of business dealings. • Stay updated on industry trends by attending conferences, workshops, webinars, reading relevant publications, and engaging in continuous learning opportunities for personal growth as well as to provide valuable insights into their clients' industries or markets they serve within Singapore / Hong Kong regions. • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, customer service teams by providing regular updates on client needs, feedback from account meetings and negotiations for effective implementation of company policies while ensuring alignment towards common goals across all team members involved in a particular account relationship.
