Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead • Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional or cross-company initiatives • Strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations • Ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured plans and measurable actions • Experience managing dependencies, priorities, and delivery under uncertainty • High level of ownership, resilience, pragmatism, and accountability • Ability to influence and drive progress without direct authority • Strong business mindset combined with confidence working alongside technology teams • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and data architecture concepts will be a plus • Experience communicating with senior leadership and facilitating executive-level decision-making
Responsibilities
• Build and own the master program roadmap, translating strategic goals into clear execution plans • Drive delivery from MVP launch to scaling, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities • Coordinate business, product, analytics, and technology teams across multiple independent entities • Facilitate alignment between companies, functions, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution • Establish governance processes, steering committees, and decision-making frameworks • Escalate risks, trade-offs, and blockers in a timely and transparent manner • Partner with Strategy and Finance teams to shape business cases and support C-level decision-making • Challenge delivery and implementation approaches to improve feasibility, speed, and business impact • Track program KPIs together with Analytics teams and ensure expected outcomes are achieved post-launch • Create clarity and momentum in a fast-changing, non-linear environment
