Requirements
• Adopt emerging tech: Help our team stay ahead of industry trends and find practical ways to apply new technology to global learning initiatives. • Adopt emerging tech: • Align stakeholders: Connect HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Learning Business Partners (LBPs), leaders, and facilitators to keep our learning strategies aligned. • Align stakeholders: • 8+ years of experience in organizational learning, talent design, or program management. You have a track record of analyzing needs, designing programs, and delivering learning initiatives from start to finish while managing multiple projects and stakeholders. • Strong communication skills: You can hold space for deep conversations and constructively challenge colleagues at every level of the business. • Tech proficiency: Comfortable working with modern HR tech, collaboration tools, and data analytics. • Tech proficiency: • Assessment expertise: Practical experience administering individual and team tools (e.g., 360s, DISC, Strengths) and coaching leaders on how to use them effectively (certifications are a bonus). • Assessment expertise: • Coaching experience (preferred): A background in coaching team members and leaders across a variety of topics. • Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments • Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. Responsibilities
• Own program management: Lead leadership, team effectiveness, and collaborative learning programs across our portfolio. Manage the full lifecycle including program design, vendor relations, tools, data analysis, and change management. • Own program management: • Track metrics & iterate: Define clear metrics (adoption, retention, performance impact) to evaluate progress.
