• The Identity Expert: 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical enablement within the identity space. • The Strategic Communicator: You can explain deep-tier technical concepts in a way that feels clear and compelling. • The Program Builder: You’ve successfully built enablement programs from the ground up and know how to use LMS and enablement platforms to make them scale. • The Technical Professional: A Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business and a rock-solid understanding of the SaaS sales cycle. • Ready to empower the team that secures the future? Responsibilities
• Architect the Blueprint: You won’t just follow a script; you will design, develop, and implement the comprehensive programs that define how our SEs engage with the world’s largest enterprises. • Be the Hub of Innovation: Position yourself at the center of the action. You’ll collaborate directly with Product Management, Field CTOs, and Sales Leadership to translate cutting-edge product updates into winning sales strategies. • Own the Sandbox: Take charge of the tools that matter. You’ll manage the demos, instances, and scripts that empower our engineers to deliver "wow" moments in every prospect meeting. • Drive Measurable Impact: This is a high-visibility role where you define the KPIs.
