Requirements
• 5–10 years experience in insurance compliance, agency operations, or regulatory risk • Active insurance producer license (Delaware required; multi-state preferred) • Ability to qualify as Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) under Delaware law • Experience with insurance distribution, producer licensing, and carrier relationships • Strong working knowledge of state insurance regulatory frameworks • Experience in fintech, embedded insurance, or multi-state distribution models • Prior experience serving as a DRLP or equivalent responsible producer role • CORE COMPETENCIES • Strong ownership mindset with bias toward execution • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and enforce compliance standards • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational controls • WHAT IT’S LIKE WORKING @ ONE • Our teams collaborate remotely and in our work spaces in New York and Sacramento. • Competitive cash - we don’t discount based on location
