Requirements
• transitioning into a training and enablement career • ability to understand legal workflows, learn complex systems, and communicate clearly. • 1+ years of experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, or legal services) • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Close attention to detail and organization • Ability to learn complex systems quickly • Strong time management and ability to work independently • Experience explaining processes or training others • Experience with legal software or case/matter management systems • Experience creating documentation, guides, or SOPs • Familiarity with LMS platforms or eLearning tools • Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Criminology, Public Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
Responsibilities
• Learn and become proficient in TeamConnect (legal matter management platform) • Deliver instructor-led training sessions to clients virtually • Understand new features • Translate them into training content • eLearning courses (LMS) • Job aids, guides, video tutorials and documentation • Scheduling sessions • Coordinating with clients & Project Managers • Maintain and improve LMS content and structure • Continuously improve training based on feedback and product updates
