Kraken - Compliance Officer, Digital Assets - Bermuda

• 3–6 years’ experience in compliance, AML/ATF, or financial crime. • Experience in digital assets, fintech, crypto exchanges, or regulated financial services. • Comfortable navigating global platforms with local regulatory accountability. • Detail-oriented, practical, and confident exercising judgment. • Resident in Bermuda and eligible to work on-island. • Experience with Bermuda-regulated entities or BMA supervision. • Exposure to custody, exchanges, derivatives, or lending products. • AML or compliance certifications (e.g. CAMS, ICA, ACAMS). • This role is subject to BMA Fit and Proper requirements. The successful candidate must demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, regulatory credibility, and professional competence.
