Keyrock - Compliance Officer / MLRO Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Requirements
• Solid experience as a Compliance officer (2nd line of defense) in a regulated financial institution in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein, ideally with exposure to MLRO responsibilities or similar • Experience in engaging with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulatory authorities; • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations such as MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse , data privacy; • Understanding of the digital assets ecosystem is a major plus; • A relevant degree, preferably in business or law, is required; • Extensive experience in implementation of monitoring and control processes to support policies and procedures; • A compliance qualification for example ACAMS or a Masters in a related field would be an advantage; • Our recruitment philosophy • We value self-awareness and powerful communication skills in our recruitment process.
