Requirements

Responsibilities
• Spend time with inspectors in factories and chemical plants. Understand how they work and redesign workflows with them • Work directly with clients to unblock issues, implement solutions, and ensure successful rollouts • Build and iterate on client facing solutions including data migrations, workflow automation, and AI powered reporting • Own onboarding of new clients end to end and ensure they go live quickly and successfully • Debug and resolve issues in production in high stakes environments • Feed insights from the field back into the core product and shape what we build next • Partner with engineering and product to turn one off solutions into scalable features
