Requirements

• Strong experience in a client-facing role in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment • Equally comfortable handling in-the-weeds product configuration queries and communicating with executives about a project plan • A great communicator who is motivated by building customer relationships and solving customer problems • Highly organised with strong time management across many competing priorities • Energised by owning and successfully completing projects, with the ability to balance detail-focus and big-picture thinking • Ambitious, hardworking, and consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you've been in — whether in academia, business, sport, or work • 3–8 years in a technical, client-facing or solutions engineering role • Experience building or working with data integrations and APIs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership without being told what to do • Prior experience at a high-growth startup is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment of the Encord platform for our most strategic customers • Build data integrations and technical solutions to support customer onboarding and adoption • Guide customers with best practices, run demos, and host workshops • Communicate project plans and progress to both technical teams and executive stakeholders • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to feed customer insights back into the roadmap • Help define and scale the Forward Deployed function as an early team member
