• Proven professional experience as a copywriter. • Previous experience working for an e-commerce company is required. • Demonstrated experience writing copy that supports online customer acquisition, conversion, retention, or product sales. • Strong understanding of conversion-focused writing, customer psychology, and the e-commerce customer journey. • C1 English proficiency or higher is required, with excellent grammar, clarity, vocabulary, and tone. • C1 English proficiency or higher is required • Ability to write professional, natural-sounding copy for U.S. audiences. • Experience writing email and SMS marketing copy. • Ability to follow brand voice, legal, and compliance guidelines. • Strong attention to detail and editing skills. • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. • Availability to work U.S. business hours. • Must be based in LATAM. • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, wellness, DTC, subscription-based, or regulated industries. • Familiarity with weight-management or patient-focused audiences. • Experience with e-commerce retention, lifecycle marketing, or subscription campaigns. • Understanding of basic marketing and e-commerce metrics, including CTR, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, retention, and A/B testing. • Experience collaborating with performance marketing, creative, growth, or lifecycle marketing teams. • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar e-commerce and marketing tools.
