Responsibilities
• Maintain working knowledge of sales, service and financial business processes and how current application stack supports them. • Work with Business Analysts to gather, analyze and articulate high-level business and technology capabilities & requirements. • Identify correlated requests to organize into streamlined efforts to maximize return. • Provide guidance to delivery teams and business units as needed. • Develop, maintain, and adhere to IT best practices, including but not limited to security, naming conventions and vendor recommended configurations. • Maintain technical architecture diagrams including but not limited to system interface diagrams, entity relationship maps and data flow diagrams. • Manage workload and communicates progress, expectations and issues to management and stakeholders in a consistent and timely manner. • Support the creation of strategic roadmaps that sequence technology initiatives based on business priorities and technical dependencies, aligning to the overall enterprise strategy. • Define architectural standards to promote standardization across the enterprise application stack. • Establish relationships with key delivery team SMEs to drive collaboration and innovation. • Be willing to seek out expert guidance and knowledge through various outlets including but not limited to the application communities, peers, support organizations, partners, and leading industry experts.
