Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise working with Ellucian Colleague (functional and/or technical) • 5 or more years working in Higher education • Previous consulting or contractor experience • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables • Strong communication and documentation skills • Availability to engage in short‑term or long‑term contracts • Experience supporting Colleague SaaS environments (nice to have)
Responsibilities
• Provide functional or technical expertise for Ellucian Colleague projects • Support system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations • Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions • Collaborate with functional users, IT staff, and vendors • Develop documentation and knowledge transfer materials • Participate in project meetings as required
