Requirements
• This role is perfect for real estate professionals who: • Want flexible earning opportunities – Work when and where you want by choosing the tasks that fit your schedule. • Are licensed real estate agents – You must hold an active real estate license in the state you are doing tasks in. • Are detail-oriented and reliable – Ensuring all tasks meet Mainstay’s quality standards. • Have strong communication skills – Providing professional service to Mainstay customers. • Are self-motivated and proactive – Managing your own workflow and completing tasks independently. • Active real estate license. • Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred) • Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation. • Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously • Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs) • Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication • Must live in proximity to Tuscon, AZ
Responsibilities
• Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers as a contractor to earn compensation. • Perform Property walk-thrus and weekly property checks for customer listings in proximity to Tuscon, AZ. • Conduct home visits with the purpose of providing essential real estate services directly related to field tasks assigned by Mainstay. • Attend vendor meetings & contract to close as part of task completion process when required within scope of work.
