Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and management reporting, including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting and statutory reporting. • Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports. • Perform and review revenue, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements. • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external advisors. • Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify and transform finance processes. • Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, data analytics and technology to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy and scalability. • Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering and business teams to implement technology-enabled finance solutions. • Lead or support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives, challenging existing ways of working. • Translate complex accounting requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
