Responsibilities
• Seeking identifying new sales opportunities and building market share in their regions. • Increasing revenue streams within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers within the Miami area. • Achieving annual sales quota and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements. • Coordinating and leading all sales activities to achieve business goals. • Ensuring proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NiCE CXone Mpower's strengths for successful implementation. • Establishing new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones, analyzing customer’s business situations to identify constraints and opportunities due to technological advances. • Developing and maintaining high-level relations with ‘C’level executives. • Initiating, supporting, developing, and monitoring purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and the customer.
