Requirements

• At least 10+ years experience selling multiple software products and services. • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions specifically. • Strong understanding of AI technology & its applications is required. • Superior relationship and client management skills are needed to build trust and manage escalations effectively. • Collaborative approach, working with multiple groups both internally and externally. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging C and VP-level executives confidently. • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, confidence, preference for autonomy to manage activities & processes independently. • Experience/knowledge of CCaaS (Customer Communication as a Service), CX (Customer Experience), or Conversational AI solutions is advantageous. • Knowledge in selling a full suite of SaaS products can be beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Seek and maintain relationships with NiCE Customers. • Identify new sales opportunities within the Healthcare industry on the East Coast. • Build market share in their regions for businesses, commercial, and enterprise contact centers. • Achieve annual sales quota through personal negotiation of Enterprise-wide agreements. • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to align with business goals. • Ensure proposed sales solutions leverage NiCE CXone Mpower's strengths for successful implementation. • Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones, analyzing customer situations due to technological advances. • Develop high-level relations with 'C’level executives and initiate purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and the customers.
