• Review and respond to patient messages through our telehealth platform. • Address routine clinical questions within the nurse's scope of practice. • Escalate complex medical concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider. • Monitor pending patient messages and ensure timely follow-ups. • Coordinate with medical providers to resolve patient concerns. • Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications. • Follow established clinical protocols and patient privacy standards, including HIPAA.
