You've led iOS teams (3+ engineers) and own mobile engineering processes, release management, and cross-platform coordination. • Comfort with ambiguity. You turn incomplete product direction into clear technical plans and ship without heavy process. • Bias toward leverage and simplicity. You choose durable solutions and know when to optimize versus when to ship. • KEY RESULTS (FIRST 90 DAYS) • Take full ownership of iOS engineering.
