Olsson - Substation Group Leader (Engineering Manager)
Requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and management skills. • An ability to attract, develop, and retain talented staff who deliver results. • Strong background in process development, resource planning, and driving consistency across project teams. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to connect with all levels of an organization and foster a transparent, collaborative environment. • At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel, with a demonstrated ability to lead through others and support teams across varying experience levels. • 8+ years of technical experience in substation design or related high-voltage electrical infrastructure. • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred. An associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered. • Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
